Has anyone elevated their bed for reflux? What did you use to elevate it? How much elevation? And finally, did it work?

I am still having some reflux. It is fairly minor now compared to a couple of weeks ago. I did talk to Ortiz and Martinez. It does not bother me as much anymore I just thought the elevation thing might help a little too.
