Website for detailed calories/nutrients??

I was wondering if anyone knows of a website that will give me a calorie/nutrient breakdown of the foods I eat. As an example, I want to plug in the ingredients of the omelet I made today to determine the whole nutritional value of the meal.

Omelet:

2 eggs

1/2 oz of diced onions

1/2 oz of diced green/red/orange peppers

1/2 oz diced ham

1 oz cheese

Also, is this considered a mushy food? I had no issue eating and keeping this down (no pain)

i use thedailyplate.com

they allow you to "create" meals using ingredients on their site, that way you can put them on your calorie count as one big chunk if it is a common food you eat.

i love that site, i consider it the secret to my success! well-- besides the lapband, that is!

TheDailyplate.com is AWESOME! I use it every day. It is part of Livestrong.com. If you search for Cheese omlet and nothing comes up with the same things in it, you can add a new item. I have added several of my recipes to the site!
