Looking for a book to read...

Has anyone read any good books about lap band that they would recommend? I'm already banded so I don't want to read something that's just about making the decision of whether the procedure is right for me. I want a book that's more/mostly about the after care and stuff. It seems there are several books available but I'm not sure which one to pick. Any suggestions?

I read "The Real Skinny on Weight Loss Surgery" and it answered a lot of my questions; I wish I had read it prior to surgery. Try to get the 2006 publication because it has more up to date info. The book is VERY easy to read. The ladies who wrote it both had Bypass Surgery but the info they provide has to do with many of the same issues we bandsters have.

I read Lap Band Companion by Mark Watson, MD. and Daniel B. Jones, M.D. before surgery -- it was very informative and accurate. Has a section for troubleshooting the band, frequently asked questions, testimonials and a section to keep photos of your journey. I ordered it from Amazon and it was pretty reasonable as I remember.
