Hi, am new here. Had lap band in Aug and moved 7hrs from Dr., 2wks after surgery. Have a great new doc, just lack of support, with being new to area . Am having trouble losing , have had 2 fills, know I am not using it properly. eating to many sweets. Have only lost about 20lbs and needing support, encouragement. Looking for a mentor as well, seems like so many of you have done great! Looking forward to catching up to you,Tam:tongue:
