For those with an iPhone / iTouch Nice App

There is a free application in the itunes app store called Lose It.

My favorite feature of it is that it calculates the carbs/proteins/fats/fiber etc. in the foods you eat.

It also tracks weight changes

calories consumed/remaining for the day

exercise calories burned

and calculates date to goal weight based on current choices/habits

It has all popular restaraunts so no guessing how many calories you ate

It has all name brand grocery store products, so for instance if you made a recipe using 4 different things it will total the calories and nutrients for you and serving size to include half servings

calculates calories in home cooked meals

Just wanted to share, and it's free so enjoy

I have this app on my phone and it is awesome! I know I will use it more once I am banded in april.

I certainly recommend it to anyone who may have the iphone.

I have this app on my iPhone and I use it often! Great way to track what I eat!!! I previously used Fit Day, but now I only use Lose It! Fit Day is good, but with Lose It I can instantly enter what I eat. I no longer have to wait until I get to the computer to update my food log.

Actually, if you pull up LBT on safari and hit "Add to home screen", then LBT turns into the mobile edition. Just thought I would share that with you! =D
