I know that's vague, but I wanted your attention.

My band last adjustment was the 21st of January, nearly 4 weeks. I've been doing great eating wise. I'm under a HUGE amount of stress, and I know my band/stomach doesn't like stress. In the last three days, I have pb'd like 3 times. Twice because I tried to answer the phone while eating meals. From now on the answering machine gets the damn thing. Today, I am having trouble eating anything past the pudding consistancy. Seriously I pb'd on thinned mashed potatoes for lunch. I'm good getting liquids in. I know I should call the dr, but any other suggestions?

You may have swelling due to the previous PB's. Add to that the stress you are going through and you have problems. Go back to liquids for a few days then slowly build back up to solids. If that doesn't do it then you may want to consider a slight unfill.

I had a complete unfill. I had 5 cc's in my 10 cc band. And now I'm dry as can be.

Teri, sweetie, I am so sorry. I have been so wrapped in my own "crap" that I haven't checked on the board.

Stress can cause all kinds of yuck. When I am stressed I feel tight, other times, the rest of the time, I don't feel anything. I was told about your stomach swelling. It will get better. I promise.

Hang in there sweetie. As soon as the swelling goes down you will feel much better. Debbie

I do feel better with no Fluid in the band. Tomorrow is the big day. I'll get back somewhere between 4 and 4.5 ccs.

I'm so excited to get it back.

Teri
