Soreness with band

I am 1 1/2 years out from my surgery in July 2007. I have been so fortunate and have lost almost 100 lbs. I received a fill in the fall that was too tight, and it was not a good experience (lost more weight, but not the right way). I could eat some things one day, and the next it wouldn't stay down. Spent about 50 % of the time losing whatever I ate. No consistency to what I could eat one day or the next. I do a lot of crockpot cooking to ensure the meat is tender, and am allegeric to all seafood and fish. I know fills can take 30 45 days to really take effect. Sometimes now I feel the port more, or at least I think it is more, or if I sit a certain way. Now I worry caould I have damaged the band. Anyone else had this experience?

I am having the same issue, except that I haven't had a fill in three months. I am 1 1/2 years out and all of a sudden I can just feel my band and my port. Its not a constant sensation, just every few minutes or so and its uncomfortable. I'm wondering if its erosion or slippage??

I feel like it shouldn't be slippage as that would be everyday. I hope not erosion, as this has been too important to me. I don't feel it all the time, but you know maybe the more we lose, the more we feel of this thing.
