random tightness! aaahhh

hi!

I woke up the other morning with a sharp pain in between my breasts. it wasn't throbbing or anything but when i moved certain ways it would hurt. from that day on i noticed I have been really tight. I don't have a problem eating or anything but i do notice the tightness. It's sometimes an uncomfortable tight. Could something be wrong? I doubt it because i did just have my time of the month last week and that might be it. Or stress? is that a factor?

anyone have any advice feel free to let me know!

Stress can certainly contribute to random tightness. I just had to get a slight unfill yesterday because I was too tight. I didn't think I was too tight since I could eat and drink with no problems during the day but I started experienced acid reflux at night and that was my only indication that something was wrong. The doc took out .5 cc and voila! I'm all better now.

thank you so much for your advice!

i hope its just stress! what exactly is acid reflux?

It's liquid coming back up from your stomach/pouch into your throat. In some cases it burns but in my case, it didn't burn at all, it was just gross.

ohhhhh okay. that doesn't sound pleasant! I dont' think i have ever had that! I'm gonna just stick to liquids the next couple days and see if the tightness calms down.
