Not losing weight

I heard that as much as 40% of people fail on the complications board. Does anyone know if it is really that high? I am really hoping that this is what works for me....

I heard a similar statistic at my WLS seminar from the person leading the seminar. She asked if I was going to be happy with losing only half the weight I wanted to lose, because that was typical of folks who got the lapband.

Im hoping to lose more, but Iv already beat the stats because Iv lost more than half what I hoped to lose in the first year.

A lot depends on the person and how determined they are to succeed.
