Sometimes it's hard to believe how much of a difference this makes. Try not to worry so much on the weight loss but more on the living a healthier life. The weight will come off as you exercise more and eat better. It's still about food choices. It's like I have mentioned before that I often times feel like the band has been more of a moral support to me then an actual physical one even though I know it is helping physical.
