ahhhhh now I get it!

On Fri I got filled and had to go back in to get unfilled as I was throwing up water and had a bunch of saliva (thanks lapband talk people for sending me back). They took out 1.5 and I can eat 1/2 cup or so then NO MORE (sadly, I tried at least 2x times). I have been great at making sure food is chewed really well but how does food stuck vs too much food feel?

36_1_55.gifAs usual very well put Jack.

I still fight the demons of over eating when I know I am full. I am getting better at it since I don't like to PB or slime. My brain tells me there is no way I can be full off of 3 ozs or less of food. But my band tells me different. At times it is hard to listen to the band. Oh it tasted sooo good, just 1 more bite won't hurt, I don't want to waste this little bit, it cost to much, ect.... This kind of thinking got me FAT in the first place. I am still learning to rewire my brain. What I am basically saying is to listen to your band not your brain. Good luck on your journey and keep us posted.
