Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor Please help me

I hope that someone out there can help me.... I got banded just over a week ago and I'm really struggling. I can't cope with this stupid liquid diet and I just would really like someone to talk to that went thru this.

I'm in Australia but am really looking for someone anywhere to talk to about how I'm feeling that will be able to listen, understand and help.
