The first 2 or 3 days are the worst, then it gets easier. I didn't have to do two weeks so just hang in there. Maggies:thumbup:

This is the worst, so just take it day by day. Soon enough you will be banded and things will be moving along. Good luck and congrats on entering the rest of your life!:scared2:

No way around it-the two week liquid pre-op diet sucks. Are you on Optifast? I hated Optifast.

But it was worth it. I lost almost 20 pounds during those two weeks which put me well on my way to being successful. At 5 months post op now I'm down 102 pounds from my highest weight and 73 pounds from my pre-op weight. Just keep in mind that it will be worth it. It's only two weeks of your life, and what you will get out of it is totally worthwhile. Good luck!:confused:
