What is a PB?

Hey all,

Op is coming up on the 28th and here are some more questions! What exactly is a PB? I have heard people discussing it and it has me concerned!

Cheers,

Em

I had this question too! It is a productive burp which is where you burp and bring up a little something. Its not a vomit its just the food you ate and usually means you've over done it a little and should not eat so much next time or maybe chew better. Its pretty hey?

Try to avoid it but good luck! Its kinda how you learn what you can and can't eat-I KNOW I can't eat tuna from a can thanks to PB. Sometimes it just won't go down so must come back up.

Its not as bad as vomit-no bile etc seeing as the food never reaches your stomach-just in ur pouch.

Don't worry-when it happens cough it up and its fine. Perfectly normal-but it shouldn't happen often or ur band is too tight and ur eating the wrong foods.
