I recently discovered a dandruff problem. I never had this problem before. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Wondering if it's due to not drinking enough water??? Or lack of food intake or nutrients????

I know for me, lack of fats make me prone to dandruff/dry skin. I take a fish oil capsule everyday and that has helped immensely with the dry skin, believe it or not. Tea tea oil shampoos will prevent dandruff, and I love the smell. Those are my secret...
