Band Stretching

How hard is it to actually stretch your band? I feel like I eat too much at times but I don't ever vomit or feel the need to vomit. I've had 3 fills but still feel like I need a little tweeking.

It is actually not the band that can stretch, it is your pouch.

If you continuously overeat then there is a good chance that you could stretch your pouch. You should only eat when you are hungry and stop before you are too full and you should not eat between meals. If you feel uncomfortable after eating then you ate too much. Pay attention to how much is on your plate so that you can get an idea of how much is too much.

Thank you for your reply. This journey has turned out to be much more of a mental struggle than I thought it would be.
