I've done Tae Bo (kickboxing workout) and it was pretty good. Most gyms have some version of a kickboxing class and they are my favorite. At home I've been using the Turbo Jamm DVDs which I LOVE! A couple weeks ago I bought the Core Rythms (latin dance moves) and it's great too! If I don't make exercise fun then I tend to slack off, so these work well for me especially in the winter when I don't want to go out in the cold!
