We always read to stick to the "lap band rules." I am at the bginning of my first fill and really wanting to be a good bander. So what are your basics? I suspect it is different for everyone but I would like to know.

Stop eating the first sign of feeling full.

Protein first.

Wait a full hour before drinking after food.

No drinking with meals, no eating 30 minutes before bedtime.

I eat on small plates- I even went and bought a fancy, tiny side plate for my beautiful tuna salad with crackers!
