Oh how I feel for you!

The only things I've found that work (for me) are either bringing the offending item back up (which offers almost instant relief) or waiting it out.

My dietician had suggested drinking Water or coke to wash it down. For me, this makes it much worse, but everyone is different.

Hope you feel heaps better soon!

thanks guys for your help-

not to be too graphic- i finally was able to release it. It wasn't my dinner- just slime (I know too much info!)

I've never PB'd before and it was a little scary- the first time.

I think my band is tighter at night- has anyone experienced this?

When I eat lunch and breakfast- I chew and eat pretty normally- oatmeal or slimfast, turkey on 1 slice wheat with tomato and lettuce for lunch,

and dinner- Protein and veggies.

It seems at night- either I get too hungry and eat too fast or I don't chew well enough- I'm learning though- this second little fill is great-

I LOVE MY BAND- I feel like I've been given my life back.

Thanks to you all for always uplifting me and others on LBT.
