Does anyone do Yoga?

HI, I was wondering if anyone has done yoga with their Lapband? Is it uncomfortable? Are there any problems?

Nope no worries doing Yoga here. I did it at first around 200 lbs and my stomach kept getting in the way . But i love doing it now .

Its my favorite form of working out

Thanks, I have been doing Yoga for years and I was concerned that it might be a problem post band. I would hate to give it up!!! I also play tennis at least twice a week but I think that will be no problem. Have been doing Zumba too. Lots of fun!!!! really helps with the balance.
