3 weeks from LBL

I am 3 weeks out from a LBL in Mexico. I am excited but terrified that the down time and boredom will kill me. I am extremely active and I am hoping that I can start walking miles after a few weeks. Does anyone have any advice or info that they may want to share with me?

Quennee,

I had a lower body lift a year ago. The recovery is different for everyone, but it was harder than I thought. I had to take off 2 months from work & the gym. I would swell so much after being up all day, but you may not have that problem. The surgery was also more painful than I thought it would be, but everyone has a different pain threshold, so...Good Luck with your surgery. It is so worth all the pain though, so go for it! I was a size 12 b4 the surgery & within a few weeks was able to fit into a size 8 jeans. Now can wear a 6/8 & never thought I'd be that small. Hope you have as good of results as I did.

Yeh I have taken 12 weeks off, due to working in law enforcement and not wanting to damage anything. I will be really bored I guess I will take up reading HA HA!!! I am a tight size 14 and will hopefully go down to a 10 and I also will be receiving a fill after the surgery to help lose the weight!!
