I am a newbie, my band date was 4/20/09.. this is a whole new experience for me and would like some pointers. So far I'm doing good,but I haven't had my first fill yet..nervous...did you experience anything when you had you first fill? how are you able to maintain the weight ex: exercise?

Hey there!!! Congrats on being banded!! Looks like we are neighbors! I did have some restriction on my first fill but I really worked hard to follow the band rules right from the beginning.. I haven't been huge in to excercizing just trying to get up and move as much as possible at the beginning i did try and do wii fit for 30 min every day. Let me know how you are doing. Where were you banded?
