Hey March 12th will be here before you know it! I can't wait for my fill on Friday. We really can't afford it, but I can't afford to lose momentem.

Let us know how it goes.

I am at 199.8 lol. ONEderland! Feels wonderful. However, I am really trying not to lose anything for the health of my little one. I do believe it is important for me to continue to exercise as I hear it helps with labor and with the back pain. How is everyone else doing?

Put me down for 2.8 lost. YAY! I had my third fill yesterday. I hope that helps out. Things have gotten a little harder so I hope this helps.

I'm a little late. Had out of town guests and a dinner party over the weekend. I've been holding steady - no weight lost - looking forward to March 12 when I go for my fill.

Whew! After pigging out last Saturday I gained 2.5 then lost it and lost another 2.9 so I am down 2.9 since my last post. I'm glad this week is over!!!

WT: 207!!!!! I'm getting to ONEderland!!!

LOST 6 LAST WEEK THIS WEEK JOINED ANOTHER!! GYM SO NOW I GO TO CURVES AND THE WELLNESS CENTER AT THE

HOSPITAL WORKED OUT EVERY DAY THIS WEEK SO FAR

AND GAINED 2!!this is not right! hopefully its muscle...

good luck to every one

banded 12-19 lost 33 so far:blushing:

Went for my 3rd fill yesterday & got 1 cc. My sister went with me and she got her first fill (2 ccs). Anyway, our doctor (Dr. David Davtayn - he's great) gave us both a little lecture on our eating -- mainly reviewing what we know, but so encouraging too. He chided me for not coming earlier for a fill - saying that when I stop losing, I should come in immediately!

I haven't lost any weight yet, but my sister and I had measured before we were banded. In all (neck, arm, chest, waist, thigh & calf) I've lost 14" since October 24. That's amazing - over a foot!!!!!! My sister, banded in December, lost 13"

I was thrilled! Also, my daughter-in-law told me last night to throw away the pants I was wearing (or she suggested I could sleep in them:tongue2:). She observed that they were so baggy on me that maybe I could keep them for my before/after pictures!

So I continue on my journey. I hope to post lower numbers next week - although I have my daugher, her husband & 2 grandchildren staying with us this week. And next week my husband's cousin & wife are coming and we're going to Vegas for a few days. But it encourages me that I can live my life with the band -- in prior times I probably would have gained a few pounds. Now I know that I will lose a couple.:blushing:

Good luck to you all - Keep up the good work!

Make sure you get calories in you system in the morning to jump start your metabolism. Keep exercising and maybe kick start into a low carb cycle to help kick cravings and concentrate on solid Protein. Nothing soft. Those are my suggestions. A plateau for a month would be really tough. I can't imagine even though I know my time will come.

I am very nervous to weigh in Saturday morning since I have been out of town this week until late tomorrow night. I'm afraid of what the scale will say. So far I have only strayed once and that was eating a few chips and salsa last night before supper, but I ordered fillet migion so I was pretty good. I can't wait to get home and get back to my routine. I am not OCD....maybe just a little anal retentive. I need my routine. I've been doing good since October. This is the trip every year that usually derails my weight loss attempt. This one and one in April. When I left on Tuesday morning I was only 6.5# away from ONEderland.

I'm so nervous......:tt2:

I was out of town until last night. I am happy to report that even with eating out I am down 2.4 from last Friday. That gives me a weight of 204.6!!!

I hope to hit ONEderland by April 1st!

UGH! I was happy until I saw that I only lost 1.6 lbs this week. I did gain a little and lose a little. Anyway I have not had a week with a gain yet so I shouldn't complain. I am down to 203.0! I am 3.1 lbs away from ONEderland! I was hoping to make it by April 1st....but that is Wednesday so I don't think I will make it. Oh well.....I am still happy with my progress.

Let's here from you guys. What has happened to everyone?:smile2:
