serious freaking bruise

Ok, I just got my second fill on 12/23. And I still have this big honking bruise at the injection site. I'm not kidding this thing is like 2 inches by 2 inches and everyday it gets darker and darker. I would think after a week it would be going into the yellow/green look but it's going more purple. Should I be concerned? I usually do not bruise like this. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hmmm....did they have a hard time finding the port or something?

You might want to call your doctor. I've only had one fill so far and I didn't have bruising.

Had no trouble at all. I will wait to see what it looks like in a couple of day and if not better I will call the doc.

Thanks!
