I start purees/mushies tomorrow!!!!

I've got it all planned out - for Breakfast I'm going to have cream of wheat (which frankly I've never liked but am looking forward to immensly). For lunch I'm having vanilla yogurt and for dinner I'm having deviled ham!!!

I was banded on 12/16 and my surgeon calls for 2 weeks Clear liquids, 2 weeks full liquids and pureed foods and 2 weeks of soft food.

I'm so incredibly hungry that I'm downright giddy at the prospect of eating runny cream of wheat!!!

I've been able to eat runny Cream of Wheat since a couple days post-op. I happen to like it, but I've come up with something to kick it up a notch and get my Protein in at the same time.

I make the runny Cream of Wheat, mix in a scoop of chocolate Muscle Milk, a packet or so of Splenda, then a bit of skim milk to cool it down. It's really not bad.
