WOW! Congratulations on your weight loss. How are you losing so much so quickly? Or is that normal?:frown:

Well my weight loss was 20 lbs between January '08 til October '08 then my pre-op diet which I did over a 7 week time period I lost another 23 lbs and then since surgery (3 weeks) I have lost another 25 lbs. So in total I have lost 68 lbs. But only 25 lbs since surgery.

How do I do it? I follow the diets very closely and get out and walk every day. I step up the walking every few days to push myself just a little harder. Soon I will add in some exercise videos to add more cardio to my routine. So hard work, dedication, and making the band work as a tool to help me lose.
