Curves

Hi all,

I was banded in September and doing fine so far but i did not start any exercise program, and i have not exercised in more than 10 years . anyway, Curves openned newly in Amman ( Jordan , where i live) and are promoting their 30 min workout , anyone tried that ? what do u think of it ?

was it useful in toning ? any comment is highly appreciated

Curves is an excellent exercise program. I highly recommend it. You can start out easy and increase the intensity and number of circuits you do. It's a great place to meet women who are in the same boat as you are as far as exercising.
