Advice please!

Ok, need advice! I currently am on the HIP Indiana Plan, which is a government plan that doesn't cover lap band. Husband doesn't have insurance, has been using a volunteer clinic. His work's insurance is very bad quality so we don't use it. What plan will cover us on an indivual family plan that will approve of the lap band? We are both way over the 40 bmi - I think I am like 48? Anyway, don't know which way to go! HELP!:lol::laugh:
