does medicaid in pa cover it?

i live in berlin pa and i am on medcaid i was wondering if anyone knew if they will pay or not.i have two young kids that i need to do this for.

    My medicaid help pay for mine but if I were you give them a call doesn't cost anything and you might be very surprised.
