In May 2008 I developed swelling in my legs and feet, ( not lymphedema) with no real reason for it. After going to the doctor I was diagnosed with glomerulonephritis. Glomerulonephritis is typically caused by an infection in the body such as a virus.
I am on an ace inhibitor, and a Water pill in order to help my kidneys secrete Protein and decrease some of the Fluid build up in my limbs.
Mine has gotten better over the last couple of months and the nephrologist claims that with significant weight loss this condition will work it self out of my body.
My question is there anyone else on here that has gone through this or still experiencing it, and has weight loss helped them with the symptoms?
Any info will be greatly appreciated.
