Qld Sunshine Coast Lap Banders

Hi All

I'd love to hear from banders from the Sunshine Coast Qld. I've been banded since July and am hoping to get in touch with other locals to compare notes, support etc.

    I am not from the Sunshine Coast, but not far, I am from the northern suburbs of Brisbane. At the Sunshine Coast a lot visiting family.

    I have had my band since January and have lost around 50kg!
