Hey guys and gals. I had my band put in in August of this year. Have lost 30lbs. Not as much as I had hoped for by this time, but still a good bit of weight.
I started off 2 weeks after having my surgery walking and was up to 4 miles a day. I had to stop walking for a while because a few years ago I got hit in the back and the impact was so bad that it fractured one of my vertabrae and it has now sit up with good ole uncle author.
I am needed some advice on what I can do to help take the weight off a little faster in the exercise department. Anyone care to help me out some?
