What is this feeling?

I got a fill on Friday of last week and I'm still trying to get used to what I am feeling. HELP! I can't tell if what I am feeling is restriction or if I am full. I still feel hungry but I almost have a feeling that something is stuck...but it's not painful at all just annoying. almost like a lump at the bottom of my throat.

Is your belly telling you you're still hungry, or is your head telling you you're still hungry? See, most of us have gotten the feeling of "full" confused with the feeling of "stuffed". It took me awhile to re-learn what "full" really felt like.....

Anywho, what you're describing sounds like what I feel when I've eaten too much or eaten too fast. Hope any of this helps! Good luck!
