Headache after exercise

Does anyone else have this problem? It is very aggrevating. I just got off the treadmill not long ago and now my head is throbbing. Does anyone know what causes this and what can I do to prevent it?

    Are you hydrated. Maybe your heart rate is going to high. Body temperature to high? I am so just guessing here, I have no medical back ground, but thought i'd give my two cents worth. Good luck

    I have felt this way if I am not drinking enough water or am getting too few calories. When I upped my daily water intake, I stopped having this problem.
