I'm in the UK and have my band op scheduled for 18th Dec so I probably won't be much help as you're a few weeks ahead of me in this weird journey.

It's good to know there's other peeps on here from the UK though as the US version of the process seems to be a bit different.

Do you mind if I ask you a few questions?

Where did you get banded? My op is booked with The Hopsital Group at Dolan in Bromsgrove.

Who was your surgeon?

How long was it before you were back to work (or equivalent)?

Did it hurt much?

How long were you on your pre-op diet and did you do the Yog/Milk thing or the 1000kcal diet?

Hope you don't think I'm being cheeky asking so many questions!
