Could someone please explain to me how to do the 5 day pouch test again? I have read it before but now I am ready to try it. Went on vacation and now I need to get back on this again. Even though I really tried to stay on my new way of eating, I cheated with some sandwiches. I don't want to let this go on so I thought I would try this if someone can fill me in again.

Yes, that was it! I am wondering if it will work for Lapband patients also. Someone at my support meeting was telling us about it. She had Gastric Sleeve, but it seems it would work for all types of surgery. I will try to find out a little more and let you know. Thanks for the site.

I have heard really good things about following this. It's very hard to go back to liquids the first 2 days. I keep trying to do it, but end up falling off the wagon sometime in the evening.
