Questions about calcium....

I emailed this questions to my dietician, but apparently she did not give a good email address so I will ask it here. My milk says that it has 35% calcium per serving. If I drink three servings a day, how much more calcium do I need to consume to meet the 1200mg a day quota? I don't know how many mg of calcium are in 35%. Any info about this would be helpful. Thanks........

Calcium can be gained in different forms. Remember you need citrate. Check this website out as they sell different forms of calcium.

They have something thats like crystal light, Im sure if you ask for some samples youll get some before committing to a larger quantity. Hope this helps
