Vitamins !!!!'

I'm 19 days post op and I hate the Vitamins I bought myself. Please tell me what you use! I cannot take pills...

I need 1000 mgs of calcium citrate. I am currently taking Safeway Chewable orange.

I need a basic Multivitamin. I am now taking Flinstones chewable.

Are there liquids? Better tasting chewable? I tried some Bariatric Advantage chocolate lozenges. Frankly sucking on a Vitamin twice a day for 10 minutes is longer than I'd like.

I'd love to hear what you take for a multi and cal citrate.

Bikini,

I totally understand how you feel with the Vitamins.

I've found Trader Joe's calcium citrate with Vitamin D vitamins are really easy to swallow. You take them 3x/day with meals and they are pretty cheap too :w00t:

I like the slice of life multi vitamins...they are chewable gummy vitamins that taste like real gummy bears :w00t:

BariatricEating.com - BE, Inc. The number one bariatric website for Protein, vitamins, and success. has a great supply of liquid vitamins that are actually pretty good tasting too.

Good luck and let us know what you end up choosing.
