ok, so about 1 month ago i posted bc i didnt have enough restriction...so i went in and they filled me from 2.5 to 3...that was GREAT in the day but at night i was coughing getting heartburn...so i went back and they took .2 out and its too loose again, they are very discouraging now and dont want to further adjust it...i want .1 put back in bc i know me and i know how i feel...anyone have anything similar, and i am wondering i should go seek another doc bc i am feeling like embarrased to call the doc now

Don't EVER be embarrassed. In my VG, .3ccs made a HUGE difference. Your doctor is there to make sure you are successful. Utilize them so you can make the most of your band.

I agrree with KHLover, please dont feel embarrassed. doctors and their staff are paid to help you through this journey. If you feel uncomfortable i would check into it. i would make an appt and tell them what you want with confidence. They are there to help you
