I don't have a personal one. I run to my ipod with lots of 80's music, lots of heavy metal, and a few pop songs.

However this article is a good one Businesswoman is dancing to a new, more healthful tune - USATODAY.com I have read alot about this lady and her songs. I haven't purchased them but if someone has let me know :eek:

Never thought about that, but it's a GREAT idea. There are so many songs that would be appropriate. I will have to think on this. Good food for thought. Thanks for bringing it up. I'll let you know if I decide on one.

i'm a NYGiant fan and i remember last feb during the superbowl they came out to that song. i downloaded it - and it's MY favorite when on the treadmill & don't want to continue.....
