What a day!

What a day! I hit 50lbs gone from my highest weight  . I walked my second 5k and took 3 mn off my time(so not a big deal but to me huge). Then had my first (hopefully only) sliming episode . To my amazement i kept holding on to that piece of egg roll as if i would be able to eat it after i stopped feeling like i had a burning ball of fire in my chest, how sick am i? I know i ate too fast and took too big a bite (take human bites!). I'm happy this fill i got last thursday is working , but the reminder of the band being there doing its job was intense. Lesson learned i hope.

Congrats on the 50! not so much on the slime LOL

I'm anxious to hit my first 50, myself. I stalled out for a few weeks (moving to mushies and solids) but am back on track. I need to lose .8 to match my ticker (refuse to adjust it up! LOL) which I'm working on now, then on down the road! YAY!

Do you feel me back here behind you? LOL

Congrats!!! 50 pounds feels so incredible doesn't it? The band is a wild ride, sounds like you are taking it all in stride, the benefits are so worth the sliming, PBing and other crazy things that happen. Keep up the great work!!

Congratulations!! 50 pounds lost is fabulous, and doing a 5 k is equally great! Yeah, you!!!

As for learning about PB'ing...well, it is a painful lesson (one which in my experience we have to learn more than once).

You have a great attitude; keep it up!!
