Dr. John Bagnato - Fill appt. available

I have a fill appt. the morning of Oct. 29, and a work conflict will prevent me from keeping it. I would like a fill the next week, but of course by now, the next available appt. is in late Nov.

Does anybody have an early Nov. appt. they would like to try to trade w/ me?
