Help with kaiser

Hi all anyone out there know what you need to do to get qualified throu kaiser I have just start I have don the Nutri. and my psych, apnea are next month i will see my pcp next week to see if you will referr me to bariatic surgury department I live in hayward I think I can go to richmond or fremont any one out there could you give me your advice on what to do and if you know what the qualifications are for kaiser

I was told 40bmi, unless a lot of health problems. Then its 35 BMI. I started with my PCP though, so not sure what you have to do now:D
