help post RNT gasteric bypass

Hope I'm doing this right, I've had the RNY gasteric bypass exactly 2 months ago and I have been doing nothing but vomiting. At first, up to the first 2.5 weeks after surgery, everything seemed to be going well but I started vomiting after that and haven't stopped. I will only try the smallest bite of something(soft food) and I start vomiting. It hurts and sometimes it seems like I'm actually vomiting foam. Has anyone had this or can anyone tell me maybe where to look for an answer please. My Dr. gave me fenergen but I still vomit. Is this normal?

My mom had RNY and did not have anything like that, so I would say no, that is not "normal". But as pretty much all of us here are LapBand and not RNY, maybe ObesityHelp.com would be more useful? I have heard that they are wonderful, and it would be good to ask people who have had the same surgery as you.

You could have a stricture or some other problem. It's not normal and you need to call your doc right away. You may have to get some tests done to figure out what is wrong.

P.S. I'm going to move this thread to the RnY forum here on LBT.
