I haven't lost weight for almost a month and I finally dropped a lb and am now in the 230's....def. a lot happier numbers going down then when I was gaining weight lol

it's almost there. I'm sad; I can still eat breads, popcorn, etc. Every once in awhile if I eat too fast I'll get it stuck in my throat...otherwise...I'm not eating much but I def. could be eating less...I'm still eating pretty big portions...should I push for another fill? my doc seemed mad that I wanted one last time and that I hadn't lost anything...I've only had two fills!
