im not much of a measurer, so use ur best judgement.

large pouch of tuna

one egg beaten

couple of handfulls of breadcrumbs or crushed crackers

handfull of feta cheese (i used the tomato and basil feta cheese)

season to taste

make into patties, and cook in skillet.
