October 16th is the day

I'm so excited that I actully have trouble sleeping sometimes...and it is still weeks away.

It will go by so fast though. Especially since the week before I'm going on a cruise for my niece's wedding.

Congrats Bino. I have plenty of sleepless nights myself. I dunno if it will help you, but I can trick my mind by imagining something non surgery related in as much detail as I can. I like to build beach houses in my mind, personally, but basically, if you get your mind focused on something not stressful, its easier for it to give up surgery thoughts and go to sleep!

I like the thought of beach houses. I'll try your advice.

Thanks.

Does your dr. require the pre-op liquid diet? Are you on it now? Mine required a 4-week one! I wouldn't want to be on a cruise and on a liquid diet....so I was just wondering. LOL:wink2:

Have a great time!!! (Oct. 6 is my surgery day.)

Originally, they watned to scheduled me for 9/25, but I didn't think it would be wise to be recoving on a cruise. LOL

I only have to do Clear liquids the day before the surgery. But, I do want to try to behave and watch what I eat on the cruise. I don't want the surgery postponed at all.
