My doctor has eggs on the mushy diet. It doesn't say that only certain types of cooked eggs are allowed. I've been eating omelets and egg salad. I would eat scrambled too, I just haven't fixed them that way.

Mushies, I ate them scrambled and omelets with low fat cheese. If your in hurry the jimmy dean cheese omelets arn't bad and their about the right size. egg salad with low fat mayo.

My first mushy meal was egg salad (egg, NF salad dressing, mustard and pepper). It was, by far, the best egg salad I'd ever had! I savored every bite. :rolleyes2:

Mmm, I hadn't thought about egg salad.

My doc's mushy list includes scrambled eggs (thinned)...it doesn't make mention of eggs in any other form. I tend to use the 'is it baby food consistancy?' question to decided whether or not to have something though....

My Doc has them on mushy stage and you can have egg salad, mmm, scrambled, soft boiled, as long as mushy. I can have tuna, as long as I make it mushy and use the food processor.

Yeah mushy! I get to start mine on the 29th. After one week on mushies then on to the real stuff! Today was my first postop visit, and I'm down 14lbs!!!!! I will have my first fill on Oct.20th! I am soooooo happy that I had this surgery. No more YOYO for me!

Good luck to all!
