I am going to get my lap band put on in two days :) I am in the market for supplements I can take after the surgery. How is viactin for Calcium? Anyone know the issue with to much Vitamin K? I plan on purchasing liquid glucosamine/chondrodine. How about crushing my Citrical? What about crushing Multivitamins?
