nausea - i get very nausious! You can try taking very tiny sips of water and SOMETIMES it goes away and sometimes it doesn't. You just have to wait it out. I don't know about you, but I hate being nausious (sp?)

it feels like a big piece of meat is stuck in your esophagus and creating pressure in your chest. You would are not choking only VERY uncomfortable pressure. To PB is the only way i can stop it.
